Because of the materials of drak tea leaves is relatively old, the tea leaves are relatively hard, need add water to soften, water is about 10% of the total weight of tea, about 10kg, let tea water content increase to 80%, now the weight abouy 110kg.
Dark tea fixing process time about 4 minutes, each hour can process 15 times, each time can process 7.5kg, we recomend you use 1 set DL-6CST-90 tea fixing machine, this machine can put 10kg tea leaves per time.
Step 2 : Fixing
After fixing, the water content reduce 20%, drop to about 75%, the total weight about tea leaves is 88kg.

Step 3 : Rolling
After rolling, the water content is not changed, the total weight about 88kg.

Step 4 : Fermentation

Step 5 : Repeat rolling
After rollingm the weight of tea leaves is not changed, about 90kg.

Dark tea drying temperature about 75℃ - 100℃, drying time about 2-3 hours, we recomend you use 1 set DL-6CHZ-9 tea drying machine, this machine can put 110kg tea leaves per time.
After drying, the water content of dark tea leaves is drop to 5%, the total weight about 25kg.
